The principals of Nexus Ridge Holdings bring 39 years of combined sales and business development experience across some of the most demanding verticals in the market — manufacturing, distribution, defense, public safety, and industrial supply.

Our backgrounds span the full commercial ecosystem — from building and leading high-performing sales teams to opening new market channels, developing national distributor networks, and executing in complex procurement environments where relationships and credibility determine outcomes.

We've carried quotas, built territories from the ground up, managed rep networks, navigated government and public safety procurement cycles, and led organizations through the kind of growth that requires more than a strategy deck. We know what it takes to execute because we've done it — repeatedly, across industries, at every level of the sales org.
